How does the meal subscription work?
Choose a plan, pick your meals, and select your delivery day. We prepare and deliver your meals on schedule. You can skip, pause or change your plan anytime before the applicable order cut-off.
Can I place a one-time order?
Yes — one-off orders don't require a subscription. Simply add meals to your cart and check out.
Can I choose meals from different cuisines?
Absolutely. Every order lets you mix Japanese, Indonesian, Southeast Asian and Italian meals freely.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Skip an upcoming delivery from your account dashboard, up to the order cut-off for that delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — pause your subscription anytime from your account and resume whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel at any time from your account. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
When will I be charged?
Subscription orders are charged before each delivery. One-off orders are charged at checkout.
When can I change my meal selection?
You can change the meals in an upcoming recurring order until that order's cut-off time. Cut-off details are shown on your dashboard.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to selected areas across Sydney, New South Wales. Enter your postcode at checkout or on the delivery areas page to confirm delivery availability.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes, pickup from our kitchen is available at no delivery cost. Select 'Pick up at kitchen' at checkout.
How should I store the meals?
Refrigerate your meals as soon as they arrive. Most meals last 3–4 days chilled — check the label on each meal for its specific use-by date.
How do I reheat the meals?
Each meal comes with reheating instructions on the label. Most reheat in the microwave in 3–5 minutes or in the oven in 10–15 minutes.
How long do the meals last?
Typically 3–5 days from the delivery date when refrigerated. Please check the use-by date printed on each meal label.
Do you cater for allergies?
We label declared allergens on every meal. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, sesame and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any meal is free from traces of these ingredients. Please review our allergy information and contact us if you have a severe allergy.
Do you have vegetarian meals?
Yes — filter the menu by 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' to see available options.
Do you offer halal-friendly meals?
Many meals are halal-friendly. Filter by the 'halal-friendly' tag on the menu to view them.
Can I order for my family?
Yes — choose a family serving size on eligible meals, or add multiple meals to your order.
What happens if I am not home?
Our driver will leave your order in an insulated bag at your door and message you on arrival. Please provide delivery instructions at checkout if needed.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll notify you by email if a payment fails. You'll have a short window to update your payment method before the delivery is held or cancelled.
How do refunds work?
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our refund policy for full details.
