Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms apply when you use the Wabi Sabi website and order from [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (ABN [ABN]), trading as Wabi Sabi, based in Sydney, New South Wales. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering and pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices, meals and delivery fees may change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
2. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Subscription orders are charged before each scheduled delivery. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription plans continue until you cancel them. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, up to the applicable order cut-off. Changes made after the cut-off will apply to your next delivery.
4. Delivery
We deliver to selected areas across Sydney, NSW. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and delivery instructions. If no one is home, our driver will leave your order in an insulated bag at the address provided. We are not responsible for meals left unattended for extended periods.
5. Food safety and allergies
Please refrigerate your meals as soon as they arrive and follow the storage and reheating instructions on each label. Our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee any meal is free from traces of them — please read our allergy information before ordering.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Our refund policy is set out on our refund policy page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. Please contact us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website and service lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, resell meals commercially without our permission, or submit false information.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
