Refund Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
We want you to enjoy every meal from Wabi Sabi. If something isn't right with your order, please let us know and we'll make it right. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
If something is wrong with your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- A meal is missing from your order
- A meal arrives damaged, spoiled or clearly not as described
- You received the wrong meal
Where possible, please include your order number and a photo. We'll usually offer a refund, credit or replacement on the affected meal(s), whichever suits you best.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an upcoming order — including subscription deliveries — from your account dashboard, up to the applicable order cut-off. After the cut-off, we may already be preparing your meals and refunds may not be possible.
Failed or missed deliveries
If we're unable to deliver because no one is home, our driver will leave your order in an insulated bag at the address you provided and message you on arrival. We can't refund meals that were successfully delivered and then left unattended for an extended period.
If a delivery fails because of an issue on our side (for example a driver error or a delivery outside the agreed window in a way that spoils the meals), please contact us and we'll make it right.
Change of mind
Because our meals are freshly prepared, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind on meals that have already been prepared or delivered.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds usually appear within a few business days.
